Membership : (Rules & regulation)
About the use of Multimedia -Net club.
1. Member of books library can be granted membership first in the club.
2. Each member can get maximum one CD/DVD/VCD from the club.
3. For use, net club fee is Rs. 10/- (Monthly) & Six monthly fee is Rs. 60/- (Sixten) which should be paid up immediately thereafter a card of membership can be issued to the member. 4. Any media can be kept maximum upto 3 days by the member, If to be kept more first it should be brought to the club and if, no demand of other member is there said media can be renewed. 5. A member has to pay Rs. 5/- overdue charge per day for the period more than sanction period of that media, In special case when Librarian may ask to return the media it should be returned.
6. To the members, original medias are issued so if any damage to the media noticed a damage fee for that media (i.e. original fee + 10 percentage management charge) is recoverable.
7. A member getting membership of net club shoud fill up a declaration form with passport size Photographs & only there after identification card of the club can be issued to him while visiting of net club that card should keep with otherwise he can not use the club.
8. only a member of net club can seat in and can see the media up to the time limit or can take selected media at home. The reference medias can not be issued at home.
9. Only a net club member can take advantage of internet surfing & within prescribed time period for this service.
10. Any unauthorized site can not be visited & for visit site entry should be made in the register.
11. In case of more member a time limit will be decided & within that limit site should be visited no dispute or opposition for that consideration.
12. To get any printed copy of down load page after "Net Surfing" per page charge Rs. 5/- is payable by the member and print colour page can not get.
13. If down load literature is required by member in own media can get free of.
14. The decision of the corporation will be final about any change or about running of net club and necessary changes can be made any time.
15. Before canceling book membership, membership of net club also should get cancelled and before canceling overdue or subscription pending should be paid up and account get closed. There after will be eligible to get deposit refund back for the book.
