| About the use of magazine club. |
A.First of all membership can be granted to the book members.
B.Maximum, only one magazine can be issued to the members.
C.Any magazine can be kept maximum upto three days. If magazine to be kept for more, first it should brought in the library and if no demand for that magazine is pending from other member there it can be renewed for more time.
D.Member should pay Rs. 2.00 overdue charge per day for that magazine which kept for more than sanction period. In case when librarian ask to return it should be returned.
E.To read the magazine in library - a monthly fee of Rs. 10/- is prescribed & for six monthly subscription fee is Rs. 60/- which should be paid immediately & thereafter a card of membership can be issued to the member.
