Rajkot Municipal Corporation is having online database of Birth and Death from 1973 to till date
Birth & Death Certificates can be obtained from the all three Zonal Office City Civic Centres
Procedure to get Birth and Death registration
For Birth/Death registration Certificate person should apply at any Zonal office, in a prescribed form. The Certificate will be issued with in 5 working days from the date of Application for old certificate and within 15 days for new Birth/Death (Birth/Death information is provided by different hospitals of city, so after receiving details from hospital RMC can give certificate).
Proof required for Birth Certificate
-- If already registered then copy of old certificate
-- If Birth at Home then apply in prescribed form
-- Note of Hospital is birth at hospital
Proof required for Death Certificate
-- If already registered then copy of old certificate
-- If Death at Home then apply in prescribed form
-- Death Certificate from Medical officer or Hospital
Information Required for getting Birth/Death Certificate

-- Place of Birth/Death
-- Name of Father/Mother/Husband

Charge for Certificate
-- Rs. 5/- per copy of certificate for both Birth and Death (First Birth Certificate free for one month new entry)
