Call Centre executives must be trained in tune with
respective department like Birth Certificate, Death
Certificate, Property Tax Assement, Food License and
Registration, Marriage Certificate, Shop Act License, Name
Transfer in Property, Aadhar Card etc. What should bring by
citizen before making approach to Civic Centre / Zonal
Office / Central Office. They should communicate
requirements and timings of respective service to Citizens.

Performance of callcenter is great but it needs some serious advertising because half of our public is unknown of callcenter number, so give some advertisement in local news paper and in FM radio.. so that people become aware of such a good technology.

Dear All,

Best Seasonal Greetings,

Next to inform is as far as the call receiving/busy time is
concerned should reduce the same & also have a dedicated
line functional for PGVCL as most of the time either it is
not reverted properly or busy,in regards to the capture of
straying animals is concern most of the time you respond to
the main roads which needs to be extended to the streets as
facing many problems,
